We worked alongside Logitech during its biggest transformation in history. More than just a face-lift, the company wanted to redefine who it was and make a fundamental shift in the business – putting design thinking at the heart of everything. Despite 30 years of heritage, Logitech wasn’t creating buzz for young customers, and no one knew what it stood for. For long-term change, Logitech’s new vision needed to be properly implemented across the whole brand, and communicated in the right way.
Rebranding and website
Back in 2013 Airbnb had disrupted the world of travel with an innovative accommodation model and were experiencing phenomenal growth. However the brand wasn’t differentiated from their closest competitors (like HomeAway). Although Airbnb’s offer seemed unique, its messaging was similar, resulting in copycat marketing campaigns. CEO and Founder Brian Chesky had the ambition to elevate to Superbrand status, demonstrate that Airbnb was categorically different, drive the business forward and its value up.

Always championing progressive storytelling, India’s biggest broadcaster – Star has led the entertainment industry for over a decade, introducing cutting-edge technology, groundbreaking initiatives and driving social change in India. But, they didn’t have the platform to tell the world what they were about. Star asked DesignStudio to re-imagine their website to better communicate the stories behind the entertainment and reflect the breadth of opportunity Star could offer prospective employees.
